customer data, including personal information.
This data is generally maintained at the client site, but may be taken
off-site to Prophet Analytics workplaces and may be disclosed to other
members of Prophet Analytics. Only information relevant to the work being
performed will be collected from clients.
Prophet Analytics also collects information about visitors to our
website including logging what pages are accessed, in order to improve
service quality.
Prophet Analytics ensure that any personal information provided is
never passed to a third party except where:
- The client has consented to this
- It is reasonable to do so in the provision of third party services,
